Residence Permits

Estonia has different permit tracks for work, study, entrepreneurship, and long-term residency — each with its own eligibility rules and required documentation. We identify which track best fits your situation and help you prepare the application accordingly. Choosing the wrong route can lead to unnecessary delays or requests for additional information.
Tourist & Business Visas

Short-term Schengen visa applications may appear straightforward, but even small inconsistencies in the invitation letter, insurance, proof of funds, or other supporting documents can lead to additional questions, delays or, in some cases, refusal. We check your documents against the requirements of the country you're applying through, prepare the invitation and cover letter where needed, and help ensure that your application is complete, accurate, and consistent with the applicable requirements before submission.
National Long-term Visa

For longer stays where a residence permit may not be the appropriate route — such as remote work, short-term study, employment, or other eligible purposes — a national long-term visa may be a suitable option.

Family Reunification

Bringing a spouse or children to join you in Estonia involves its own set of requirements, supporting documents, apostilles, and translations. Missing or inconsistent documentation can lead to additional requests and delays.

Estonian employers hiring international specialists for short-term work need to register the employment with the PPA before the person starts. We handle the registration on behalf of the employer or specialist, and make sure the paperwork matches the actual terms of employment.

Estonia doesn't allow dual citizenship for naturalized citizens, which means renouncing Russian citizenship is often a required step — and one of the more paperwork-heavy parts of the process, involving tax clearance certificates, application forms, and an embassy file.
